Do-it-yourself option (you)

If you like to build things and want to play an active role in your homebuilding project, this option may be just the thing for you. You’ll maximize your savings.

The build-it-yourself price includes:

• Cabinets
• Plumbing fixtures
• Wiring installed at the plant, delivery
• Installation of the modules if the building lot is within 300 km of Carleton-sur-Mer

Prices can vary depending on construction regions and the selected options.

The following are not included: plaster, paint, flooring and ceramics. Taxes, shipping costs, lots and related construction costs are extra. Some conditions apply.

Shared work option (you and us)

Save some money!

You’d like to be involved but only in a small way. Well, you can. Our shared work option gives you the opportunity to do some of the work and save money at the same time.

The shared work price includes:

• Cabinets
• Plumbing fixtures
• Wiring installed at the plant, delivery
• Installation of the modules if the building lot is within 300 km of Carleton-sur-Mer
• Carpentry work to finish the roof and to connect exterior and interior carpentry done by our specialised team

Prices can vary depending on construction regions and the selected options.

The following are not included: plaster, paint, flooring and ceramics. Taxes, shipping costs, lots and related construction costs are extra. Some conditions apply.

Ready-to-decorate option

Enjoy peace of mind!

If you choose the ready-to-decorate option, you’ll enjoy peace of mind. The modules are delivered and installed on standard 8-foot foundations poured by HMC (included in the price). The modules are ready to be decorated; all that remains to be done is to finish the plastering and/or textured appliqués, the painting and install the flooring.

The ready-to-decorate price includes:

• Cabinets
• Plumbing fixtures
• Wiring installed at the plant, delivery
• Installation of the modules if the building lot is within 300 km of Carleton-sur-Mer
• Carpentry work to finish the roof and to connect exterior and interior carpentry done by our specialised team
• A standard 8-foot foundation

Prices can vary depending on construction regions and the selected options.

The following are not included: plaster, paint, flooring and ceramics; wiring and plumbing connections; any work on the basement or under the floor. The price of the foundation is budgeted but can vary depending on the delivery site. Lot preparation, the openings in the foundation and its insulation are not included.
